Done For You

Dispatch and delivery billing handled for carriers and fleets

Carriers and private fleets lose time to rebuilding schedules and waiting on paperwork before they can bill. These automations keep dispatch current and get delivered loads invoiced faster.

The 2 automations that matter most

Automation 1

Scheduling & Dispatch

Builds and updates routes and dock schedules from orders and driver availability and rebooks when plans change.

See the outcome
  • Plans that adjust themselves

When a stop runs long or a driver is out, the agent proposes a reworked plan in minutes, so dispatchers approve changes rather than rebuild the day.

  • Customers informed without calls

Customers get booking confirmations, day-before reminders and live arrival updates, so fewer of them phone the dispatch desk.

  • Less waiting at docks and sites

Appointments are booked and confirmed ahead of time, cutting idle time for drivers and crews.

Automation 2

Proof of Delivery & Freight Billing

Collects and checks PODs, matches them to loads and accessorials, and prepares invoices without missing paperwork.

See the outcome
  • Billing the day after delivery

PODs are requested on delivery and checked as they arrive, so complete loads move to invoicing without waiting for a weekly sweep.

  • Fewer disputes and short-pays

Each packet is checked for signatures, all pages, exceptions and accessorial proof against the customer's requirements before the invoice goes out.

  • Carrier pay that matches

Carrier invoices are compared with the rate confirmation and approved charges, so differences are raised once, with evidence, instead of argued by phone.

How it works

From kickoff to live in 3 to 6 weeks

Every automation follows the same path. You see it working on your own data before it handles live work.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    Discovery and access

We map the workflow with your team, agree the outcomes and KPIs, measure today's baseline and get secure access to your tools.

  2. 2

    Weeks 2–3

    Build and connect

We build the agents and connect your systems, with your rules, approval steps, permissions and logging.

  3. 3

    Weeks 3–5

    Test and pilot

We test on your real history, then run a pilot on live work while your team reviews what the agent does.

  4. 4

    Weeks 4–6

    Go live and hand over

We roll out in stages, train your team, hand over dashboards and runbooks, and keep improving it with you.

Executive Ask: ask your business anything

One plain-English assistant connected to the systems you run: CRM, helpdesk, ERP and accounting, HR, inbox and documents. Leaders get sourced answers in seconds and can trigger actions with approval. It respects everyone's existing permissions and logs every answer.

See Executive Ask

Ask it, for example

  • Which customers had late deliveries this week, and what caused them?
  • How many hours did our drivers spend waiting at docks last month, and at which sites?
  • How many delivered loads are still unbilled, and what is holding each one up?

Carriers & private fleets: questions

Straight answers to what clients ask us most.

Ask our team

Can drivers send documents from the road?

Yes. Drivers can send photos of PODs and receipts by text, email or your driver app. The agent reads them, checks them against the load and asks for a clearer copy when needed.

Does the dispatcher stay in control?

Yes. The agent proposes and updates plans, and dispatchers approve changes that affect customers or drivers. It does the rebuilding work, not the final call.

Which TMS and WMS platforms do you integrate with?

Common ones include McLeod, Aljex, Revenova, Rose Rocket, Turvo, MercuryGate and Descartes for transport, and Extensiv, ShipHero and NetSuite for warehousing, where they offer integration options. We confirm your setup in discovery.

Can the agent negotiate rates with carriers?

It can answer carrier offers within the rate ranges and rules you set, and it sends anything outside them to your carrier sales team. You decide how much it may agree on its own.
