Turn every webinar, podcast and long post into a week of channel-ready content
A done-for-you content repurposing engine is an AI workflow BufferSol builds inside your marketing stack. When a webinar, podcast, sales deck or long article is published, agents pull the transcript, find the strongest points and draft LinkedIn posts, clip timestamps, a newsletter section and blog snippets in your brand voice. Drafts land in your review board in Asana, Notion or HubSpot. Nothing publishes until a marketer approves it, and every draft links back to its source.

Is this you?
B2B marketing teams of one to ten people who publish webinars, podcasts, customer stories or long articles every month and know most of that material gets used once.
- Your best webinar from last quarter produced one recap email and nothing else
- Clips and quote cards wait in line for one designer or video editor
- Social posts get written the night before because nobody had time earlier
- Sales asks for one-pagers on topics you already covered in long form
- Brand voice drifts depending on who wrote the post that week
Today vs done for you
The current way, and the new way
What your team does by hand today, and what the automation does instead, step by step.
How it works today
- A webinar or podcast is recorded in Zoom, Riverside or StreamYard and the file sits in a shared drive
- Someone exports a transcript from Otter or Descript and skims an hour of text for quotable lines
- A marketer rewrites the same points by hand for LinkedIn, X, the newsletter and the blog
- Clips are cut in Descript or Premiere whenever the video editor has a free slot
- Posts are pasted into Buffer, Hootsuite or HubSpot Social one at a time and scheduled
What it quietly costs you
- · Assets that took days to produce get one round of promotion and then disappear
- · Senior marketers lose whole afternoons to copy, paste and resize work
- · Messaging drifts because each channel is written by a different person in a hurry
How it works done for you
- The agent watches your publishing sources, such as YouTube, Wistia, a podcast RSS feed, your CMS or a Google Drive folder, and picks up each new asset with its transcript
- It splits the transcript into topics, scores each segment against your content pillars and target buyers, and proposes a repurposing plan for that asset
- It drafts channel-specific pieces: LinkedIn posts, X threads, newsletter blurbs, a blog summary, and clip start and end times with hook text and captions
- Each draft is checked against your style guide and claims list; anything quoting a number, a customer or a product promise is flagged for a source check
- Drafts land on a review board in Asana, Notion or HubSpot with the source quote and timestamp next to each one
- A marketer approves, edits or rejects; approved posts go to your scheduler and clip requests go to the editor's queue
- Every draft, edit and approval is logged, and reviewer edits are fed back into the voice guide for the next round

Guardrails built in
- Nothing publishes without a named marketer's approval
- Drafts that mention numbers, customers or product claims are flagged for a source check before approval
- Customer names and logos appear only if they are on your approved reference list
- Every draft keeps a link to its source transcript and timestamp
- All drafts, edits and approvals are logged and can be exported
Why it hurts today
What teams say about this work
Common complaints from operators, reviewers and industry research.
B2B marketers rank resource constraints (time, people and budget) and creating enough quality content among their top challenges, so long-form assets rarely get the follow-up work they deserve.
Users of a popular repurposing tool report workflows and social syncs breaking without warning, so scheduled content quietly never went out.
Reviewers of an AI clipping tool mention occasional bugs, a weak manual editing interface and credits that expire or push them toward buying more.

How long does it take to set up a content repurposing engine?
Most teams are live in 3 to 6 weeks. We start by collecting your style guide, past top posts, content pillars and approval rules, and connecting your video, podcast and CMS sources. Then we build the drafting agents and the review board and run them on recent assets while your team scores the output. We go live once drafts consistently need only light edits.
What does a content repurposing engine cost?
Every build is quoted after a short scoping call. The quote depends on how many sources and channels you publish to, whether you need clip selection for video, how many brands or voices you run, and which scheduler and project tool we connect. You get a fixed scope and a written plan listing exactly what is included before any work starts.
Will the posts sound like AI wrote them?
We base the drafts on your own best-performing posts, your style guide and a banned-phrase list, and your marketers stay in the approval seat. Reviewers edit tone and substance, and those edits are stored so the next round of drafts reflects them. Over the first weeks the drafts move closer to how your team actually writes, and anything off-voice is simply rejected.
Does it cut the video clips as well?
The agent finds the strongest moments, gives start and end times, writes the hook and caption, and suggests the aspect ratio for each channel. Where your tools allow it, such as Descript or a cloud clipping service, it can produce rough cuts automatically. Most teams keep a person on final edits for brand-sensitive video, and those clips go straight to that person's queue.
Can it publish directly to our social channels?
Yes, once a draft is approved. Approved posts go to your existing scheduler, such as Buffer, Hootsuite or HubSpot Social, in the slot your content calendar sets. We do not bypass your scheduler or post from a separate account. If an approval is missing, the post simply waits and the content owner gets a reminder in Slack or by email.
